Gemini Gray

Design is amazing really but after a few hours my eyes start to burn and get red

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a pair of colored contact lenses I purchased from your official store.

Issue:
Since I started using these lenses, I have experienced a burning sensation in both eyes specifically at the moment of insertion and removal, followed by noticeable redness in both eyes. I want to clarify that I regularly wear contact lenses from various other brands without any issues, which strongly suggests this reaction is specific to this particular product.

I have properly cleaned and disinfected the lenses using an appropriate contact lens solution (Visiomax Kombilösung Super), so the reaction is not due to improper handling or hygiene on my part.

Request:
Given this appears to be an adverse reaction to the lens material itself, I would like to request:

1. A refund or replacement for this order
2. Information on whether other customers have reported similar reactions to this product

have photos and purchase confirmation available if needed for verification.

They are absolutely gorgeous.

The lenses are very realistic and also very comfortable, I wear the Gemini grey in my right eye and the Chelsea green in my left. However, I would really like the rest of the Gemini series lenses to come out with prescriptions, I would like to try the Gemini light blue because I find the grey ones to be more subtle in color, I would prefer something more intense that resembles the Chelsea but with the Gemini print.

It has perfect color but ıts iris hole is not natural,ıt needs braun stardust around the iris
