I ordered a pair of the Morocco Blue lenses that came defective — one was visibly larger than the other. I sent photos, explained everything clearly, and what did customer service do? Gaslight me and suggest I wore it inside out. Seriously?
For the price and the "premium" label, I expected quality and professionalism. Instead, I got excuses and zero accountability. I can’t even wear the lenses — total waste.
Save your money. There are better brands out there that actually stand behind their products and treat customers with respect. This ain’t it.
